Desde el último trimestre de 2017 gestionamos sus redes sociales con el objetivo de fortalecer su posicionamiento en México, desarrollamos mensualmente Ciberconexión, el boletín de comunicación interna, y nos encargamos de la logística de sus eventos.

We have proudly collaborated with this Mexican company for the past nine years and continue to do so, contributing to their growth and excellent positioning regarding employment and career development. Some of the many activities we develop include media relations, content marketing, and stakeholders’ relations in at least 15 States of Mexico, as well as corporate communications, and the proposal and implementation of key strategies such as the OCC award, the only award that recognizes the human resources area.
Positioning of the ‘casual food’ concept in Mexico, strengthening Chili’s attributes and differentiators, communicating the growth from 35 to 60 restaurants in 25 States, are some of the many activities we developed for Chili’s CMR. We also negotiated sports’ and different institutions’ agreements, participated in the development of the social media strategy and developed the content for the web page, among many, many others.
Deloitte requested our support to develop a crisis prevention plan due to the possiblity of facing a bird flu pandemic. We have also developed different editorial pieces for this firm.
Coca-Cola’s complex structure presented important internal communication challenges, so they commissioned us to develop an organizational communication program that unified criteria regarding the organizational communication relevance, and described the impact that each member of the company has regarding effective communication. We also abilitated new internal communication tools that contributed to strengthen the corporate messages and facilitated vertical and horizontal communication.
The CNNM assembles most of the notaries in Mexico. Among other activities, the CNNM promotes notaries ongoing training, and professional development. Since 2014 we are in charge of the CNNM’s positioning as the organism that represents the interests of the notaries nationwide, as well as the most reliable source of information regarding public faith. We also redesigned their web page and are in charge of their quarterly magazine “Escribano”.
Qiagen, the leading global provider of Sample to Insight solutions, has been working in Mexico for several years. In 2014 the Senior VP Head of Commercial Operations visited Mexico and wanted to seize the opportunity to strengthen the company’s positioning in Mexico. Quadrant Comunicación developed a media relations program with business and health media. We have also worked with Qiagen to help strengthen its positioning in the Mexican market as leader and expert regarding the Human Papilloma Virus (HPV).
Holcim Apasco, subsidiary of the Swiss group Holcim, one of the world’s leading suppliers of cement and aggregates, requested our support to develop several perception audits to their key audiences, in order to evaluate the results of their communication program.
As part of a worldwide corporate campaign, Baker & McKenzie, a worldwide law brand, renovated its website and requested our support to generate new content within their Mexican branch, as well as to adapt the existing to the new communication platform. We also reviewed the English translation to ensure content had been properly translated.
Cemex, a global building materials company, created its intranet with valuable information for the employees and requested our support to develop this communication tool content.
Oracle offers a comprehensive and fully integrated stack of cloud applications, platform services, and engineered systems. We were requested to develop a media audit that would enable the client to understand the perception that key journalists had of the company. We also developed a broad research on key blogs for the company.
Oxiteno, leading manufacturer of surfactants and specialty chemicals, requested our support to develop a perception audit among key audiences, including authorities, community, distributors, suppliers, press and educational institutions.
Philippe Starck, world famous industrial designer, visited Mexico to introduce the Cassina brand at Piacere. We were commissioned with the coordination of a press conference and 1:1 interviews.
The Rug Company, worldwide leader in luxury handmade designer rugs, relocated its Mexican showroom in 2013 and Christopher Sharp, founder of the company, visited Mexico to meet with clients and media. They decided to hire our services to communicate the new showroom’s location and meet with the press.
The housing industry faced new challenges when the new National Housing Policy was announced. Canadevi decided to work with us to communicate the industry’s perspective during the transition to the new model of social housing production, the bankruptcy of key companies and the Tax Reform, among others. Since then the Chamber has emerged as a nationwide key actor. We continue working together strengthening their positioning.
Piacere, a home luxury distributor, asked for our support during the Design Week Mexico 2013, to handle the relaunch of the nanimarquina brand, a luxury rug designer firm. Among the different activities developed we invited the press to her conference at the Tamayo Museum, we coordinated a press conference and 1:1 interviews with key editors.

We developed a communication program that reached the State of Nuevo Leon and other northern Mexican States. We also developed an organizational communication program that established strategic communication guidelines, improved internal communication and strengthened communication with patients and visitors.
